If you were reading on Saturday you would have seen me report that Emma Champtaloup (Red Eleven, MHI) had bagged herself the Emporio Armani show in Milan. The next day, the Herald on Sunday quoted Champtaloup's mother, saying,
"Georgio Armani... hand-picked her and sat with her for half an hour while he looked through her books and talked to her about herself, before asking her to walk in his show."
What they didn't mention though, is that Champtaloup was booked for Georgio Armani's eponymous label's show the next day, giving her the Armani double score (picture above).
As Champtaloup's mother went on to say in the Herald on Sunday article, this is the biggest thing that's happened so far in her daughter's career.
