From dusty rose, sage and lilac to baby blue and soft canary yellow, pastels make me feel happy. I'm so into these muted, gentle shades at the moment, whether they're to do with food, makeup or my wardrobe. M.A.C's collaboration with Ungaro has produced lipsticks in pretty pink and coral shades. A slathering of one of these pastel hues will make you look angelically chic.

There's no denying my obsession with macaroons. Among a million things I miss about Paris is Laduree - the restaurant famous for its delicate little treats. In pistachio, vanilla and strawberry flavours, these macaroons are not only delicious but very stylish.

I'm also loving china by Rachel Carley - a New Zealand designer who makes the prettiest plates and bowls all in pastel hues. I would love to own a set of her heart shaped plates in every colour - perfect to display my macaroons on.

Chloe, Alexander Wang and Elie Saab also appear to have been inspired by pastels in their Fall 09 collections.
I LIKE YOU!

Hi Jordan, drooling over macaroons right now.
i'm sure you've already seen this collection but in case you haven't, stella Mccartney spring09 was pastel-tastic to say the least. http://www.style.com/fashionshows/complete/S2009RTW-SMCCARTN
That Stella McCartney was one of my favourites of the season - I would kill for a boy's version of the drop lapel blazer.
