I'm sitting in Gate 5 at Auckland International Airport, and Air New Zealand Flight 8 with direct service to San Francisco is about to board. After a three hour stopover in San Fran I'll fly to New York City, arriving at JFK at 12:30am tonight. I'm excited! A few minor setbacks - I only have accommodation sorted for the first two nights, after that I may well be blogging large from Central Park. And slightly more problematic, IMG denied my New York Fashion Week accreditation request today. So expect plenty more tales of sneaking in, running around and avoiding security guards this fashion week. All my stories from NYFW will be available on the New Zealand Herald website once again, and special thanks to Telecom for coming on board and sponsoring my international roaming while I'm away. Okay they're just about calling my name so I'd best be off. Love to everybody, you'll hear from me once again in San Francisco.
