The winner of VMan's annual model search in 2008, Petey Wright went from being a Nashville teenager with a penchant for pro wrestling, to the only boy in Stefano Pilati's Yves Saint Laurent Spring 2009 presentation (one of my favourite collections of all time). Now based in New York - and a subject of that NY Mag expose on male model apartments back in February - Petey Wright is fast coming into his own as a model. I think he looks like a cross between Johnny Depp and Simon Nessman - not a bad combo. I'd expect to see a lot of him this season in New York.
