Having not spent any time with Katherine and James (aka the Lowes) for almost an entire year, I forgot the feeling of having every moment of one's life documented in minute detail. It's fun, it's great blog fodder, and it's a narcissist's dream. But more importantly, it is literally the best feeling in the world to spend some time with people who know you so well that all you need to do is laugh a certain way for them to know that you just farted under the table. Uh oh. (They do that kind of thing, not me.) The past week has been filled with adventures – shopping expeditions, luncheons, mass fashion week sneak-ins, late nights, long conversations, petty arguments, historical insults, racial slurs (they call me round-eye) and LOLs galore.
Highlights include Katherine Money-Bags Lowe paying for cabs, James buying the sweetest Carhartt overalls ever and Lowe-sidekick Maddy Budd proclaiming her expertise in every field, subject and pursuit. Also, spot the familiar faces: Corinna Studier, Jenny Albright, Jack Tame, Ashika Pratt, Nicole Warne, Candice Lake, Coco Campbell, Evan Tetreault and Tom Bull.
